Annual Assessments

The annual assessment for BWC in 2026-2027 is $1,317.69 per lot. Lots that are connected to the shared septic system pay an additional $500 per year. 

Annual assessments must be paid in full no later than June 30th annually. Payments made after this date will accrue 12% interest per annum.

If paying by check, mail payment(s) to:

• Please include Lot number(s) and what the payment is for (i.e. Annual or Special Assessment) on any payment to expedite processing.
• If you would like to explore alternative payment methods or timeline, please contact the Treasurer at [email protected].
• Please pay in full by the due date to avoid interest charges per BWC Covenants, para 5(h) Effect of Non-Payment of Assessments and Remedies of the Association.
