HOA Dues and Septic fees
Real Estate Plus, Inc dba Management Services has been selected to begin managing the accounting of the association beginning June 1, 2026.
We are actively working to transition the current financial data to our operating system, AppFolio. Each homeowner will be receiving a link, once all account balances are carried forward to “Activate Your Portal” in AppFolio. This link will provide access to your account ledger as of June 1, 2026, as well as access to make your payments online should you choose to. As our management grows with your community, additional features and services will be made available.
We will also be sending out account statements for the current fiscal year. Please note that all dues and annual septic payments are due on or before June 30, 2026. Payment options are as follows:
✔️Your “account number” is your street address (ex: 147 White Heron Lane)
✔️Pay Online (AppFolio): regrettably there are fees associated with paying online. Please note that these are not paid to our company.
