Annual Assessments

The annual assessment for BWC in 2025-2026 is $1,197.90 per lot. Lots that are connected to the shared septic system pay an additional $300 per year. 

Annual assessments may be paid in two equal installments, but must be paid in full no later than September 30th annually to avoid interest charges unless an alternate payment plan is approved by the Board.

• First installment is due no later than June 30th
• Second installment is due no later than September 30th

If paying by check, mail payment(s) to:

• Please include Lot number(s) and what the payment is for (i.e. Annual or Special Assessment) on any payment to expedite processing.

• Please pay in full by the due date to avoid interest charges per BWC Covenants, para 5(h) Effect of Non-Payment of Assessments and Remedies of the Association.
