Clubhouse

The Bluewater Cove Clubhouse is located at 147 White Heron Lane and is available for rent by any member of the neighborhood. The Clubhouse includes a spacious main hall, side room for storage, refrigerator and freezer, access to the men’s and women’s bathrooms, kitchen area including sink for food prep, and access to the swimming pool.

Please see the “Clubhouse Reservation Application” form below for rates and rental slot information. Checks should be made out to Bluewater Cove HOA, Inc. At least fourteen (14) days prior to your event. Payment must be accompanied by the clubhouse rental form below. Requested date will NOT be placed on the event calendar or reserved until payment and rental form are received by the Bluewater Cove HOA.

OCCUPANCY IS LIMITED TO 40 PERSONS by order of the Fire Marshal. Renter assumes responsibility for damage. Renters are asked to inspect the clubhouse and restrooms upon entering to ensure no damage or other issues exist. Bring any concerns to your HOA Board immediately.

No outdoor speakers, microphones, amplifiers, or other noise making devices are permitted. These devices may be used inside the clubhouse
